Having an autoimmune disorder means that the body’s immune system ends up attaching itself, in this case, the lining of the small intestine which can lead to nutrient malabsorption, unpleasant symptoms, and serious health complications. #1 Clean Out The Fridge & Pantry

Get a big cardboard box and a few trash bags. Go through everything you have. Throw away anything that’s expired or rotten. Separate gluten-containing and gluten-free food.
