What’s In Dr. Nandi’s Pantry
I get asked all of the time what kinds of foods I eat and of course what I feed my family. Those who follow me know we eat a diet with LOTS of organic fruits and vegetables with fish, some chicken, and very little meat- only a few times a year at holidays or weddings with family.
So today, I’d like to share with you what’s in my pantry. I am such an advocate of REAL food, from the produce section that we rarely buy things shopping down the isles at the store.

Honestly, I really just snack on nuts and cut up veggies but we do buy things like Organic Pretzels and organic fishies 🙂 We put peanut butter on them for some protein.
