Brussels Sprout Chips
Ingredients
- 1 lbs. Brussels sprouts trimmed, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan freshly grated, divided
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, add oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 3 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan.
- Whisk to combine.
- Set aside.
- Thinly slice Brussels sprouts and add to bowl.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- On a large baking sheet, spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Toss and stir.
- Bake for 9-10 more minutes.
- Chips should be golden and crisp.
- Season with remaining Parmesan.
- Serve with favorite dipping sauce or eat by themselves.
