Shipping Policy
Order Processing
It is important to us at The Health Hero Pharmacy to process your order as soon as possible. It typically takes 1 – 3 business days for orders to process and leave the pharmacy. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Shipping
The Health Hero Pharmacy ships both within the continental US. Remember that incomplete or incorrect information when ordering could delay your delivery as we attempt to verify the correct information.
Shipping Rates
Domestic offers flat rate shipping for orders within the Continental United States. The rates are as follows:

Your order will be shipped either UPS or USPS based on address and shipping rates. We reserve the right to select shipping options.
Free Shipping
All orders over $100 will enjoy free shipping. From time to time, The Health Hero Shop will run free shipping as part of a promotion. Any free shipping offers are for orders in the Continental United States.
Note for taxes:
All orders are shipped from our Michigan facility and are exempt from sales tax on dietary supplements as per Michigan state tax laws. This applies across all U.S. destinations.
Change your address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at Info@HealthHeroPharmacy.com or Call Us at 1-833-44-Nandi (62634). Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Order Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the e-mail. Delivery dates can change based on weather or a myriad of reasons. Please follow up with the carrier to track any packages that show they were delivered, but you did not receive the package. You can reach out to Health Hero Shop at Info@HealthHeroPharmacy.com to verify that your order went out and forward any tracking information necessary to assist you in the process.

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday before 5pm, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:
