  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 oz. pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup unflavored almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Pour mixture into glass pie pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Middle should be set.
