Healthy teeth have a connection to the general health of your body. Oral care is more important than you may realize. Partha’s RX:
The very best thing you can do for a healthy smile is to brush twice a day and floss. Flossing reaches those places your brush just can’t go.
Don’t skip out on visits to your dentist. Every six months is the rule. You should get a cleaning and your dentist should check your teeth and mouth for any problems. Be sure to tell your dentist if you’ve had any health changes.
Stop smoking! It will reduce your chance of developing oral health problems, including gum disease, tooth decay, yellow teeth and mouth cancer.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit for healthy teeth. Research also finds that the omega 3’s found in fish may reduce inflammation and your chance of getting gum disease.
