Slow Cooker Oatmeal

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups Steel-Cut Oats
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  1. Combine water, oats, dried apricots and salt in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add dried cranberries if desired at this time.
  2. Set slower cooker heat on low.
  3. Put lid on pot and cook until oats are tender and consistency is creamy. About 7-8 hours.
