Sautéed Beet Greens

SAUTÉED BEET GREENS

  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 5 beets & greens
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  1. Wash beets and greens well

  2. Peel the beet bulb with a peeler

  3. Cut beet into cubes and Shred the greens

  4. Add coconut oil in sauté pan

  5. Sauté beets on medium high heat until beets nearly soft

  6. Add beet greens and sauté

  7. Add spices turmeric and salt

  8. Add 1/4 cup of water or so, stirring often until beets and greens soften
