Turmeric, Pineapple Frappe

Pineapple Frappe

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple (cubed)
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 cups almond milk (you can substitute a milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
