No Crust Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 oz. pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup unflavored almond milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into glass pie pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Middle should be set.
