Dr. Nandi’s Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop or tear the kale into bite size pieces. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. I find it doesn’t take much salt at all.
  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt about 10 minutes.
