Ginger and Hibiscus Drink
- 4 Tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 1- inch pieces fresh ginger (peeled, sliced)
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 4 cups water (boiling)
- In 4 large mugs, add hibiscus flowers and ginger.
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water in each mug and steep for 8-10 minutes.
- Strain.
- Add in honey and stir.
