Ginger and Hibiscus Drink

  • 4 Tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 1- inch pieces fresh ginger (peeled, sliced)
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 4 cups water (boiling)
  1. In 4 large mugs, add hibiscus flowers and ginger.
  2. Pour 1 cup of boiling water in each mug and steep for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Strain.
  4. Add in honey and stir.
