Flu Busting Smoothie

We can use all the help we can get to beat the flu and colds in the winter!

  • 2 banana (frozen)
  • 2 Large orange (peeled, segmented)
  • 2 cups mango or peach chunks
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 small carrot (peeled, coasrely chopped)
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice, or more as needed
  • 4 scoops unsweetened protein powder
  • 1 handful ice
  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired texture.

  2. You may need to add more juice or ice cubes to achieve your desired texture.
