Flu Busting Smoothie
We can use all the help we can get to beat the flu and colds in the winter!
- 2 banana (frozen)
- 2 Large orange (peeled, segmented)
- 2 cups mango or peach chunks
- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 1 small carrot (peeled, coasrely chopped)
- 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice, or more as needed
- 4 scoops unsweetened protein powder
- 1 handful ice

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired texture.
