Dr. Nandi’s Oatmeal Yogurt
Dr. Nandi’s Oatmeal Yogurt
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- pinch of salt
- 4 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp toasted chopped pecans
- 4 tsp pure maple syrup
- Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning: heat and top with blueberries, yogurt, pecans and syrup.
