Dr. Nandi’s Oatmeal Yogurt

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp toasted chopped pecans
  • 4 tsp pure maple syrup
  1. Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning: heat and top with blueberries, yogurt, pecans and syrup.
