Dr. Nandi’s Ginger Milk Tea

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime leaves or rind of a lime (cut into strips)
  • 2 Tbsp of fresh lemongrass (sliced)
  • Honey
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring milk and other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat.
  2. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour tea into cups using a tea strainer.
  4. Serve with honey to taste.
