Fruit Sangria

Fruit Sangria

  • 1 750 ml bottle of Vinho Verde from Portugal
  • 1 cup ice wine
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 star fruit (sliced)
  • 1 cup chilled plain seltzer
  • Mint for garnish
  • Ice
  1. Combine wine, ice wine, blueberries, strawberries and star fruit in a large pitcher.
  2. Refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, stir in seltzer.
  4. Garnish with mint.
  5. Serve over ice.
