Dr. Nandi’s Corn and Avocado Salsa

  • 1 medium avocado (diced)
  • 3/4 cup of frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp of kosher salt
  1. Defrost frozen corn
  2. Toss avocado, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir to cover all ingredients
  4. It is that simple!
