Champagne Cocktail

  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 bottle red burgundy
  • 4 oz. brandy
  • 2 bottles champagne
  • 1 quart sparkling water
  • 1 pint strawberries
  1. In a punch bowl, dissolve 1/2 cup sugar in the red burgundy.
  2. Add brandy, stir, and pour in the champagne and the sparkling water.
  3. Place a block of ice in the bowl.
  4. Cut strawberries into slices and float them in the punch.
