- 6 fresh sliced strawberries
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 4 oz. brie cheese (cut into 12 small slices)
- 3 tsp balsamic glaze
- 12 pieces crostini
- Place a piece of brie, then a basil leaf, and then a strawberry on a crostini.
- Repeat 11 more times.
- Boil 1 cup balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until syrupy and reduced to about 1/4 cup. About 10 to 14 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
