Dr. Nandi’s Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 ripe large avocado
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp chopped slivered almonds (toasted)
  1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop pulp from avocado halves into blender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth
  5. Top each serving with toasted almonds.
  6. Serve immediately.
